Scanpath comparison applet

This applet demonstrates some ways of quantitively comparing two sequences of fixations.

The applet should appear on the left. If not, you may have to install or enable Java (in Internet Explorer, click on the yellow bar to allow ActiveX control).

Follow the instructions shown to select two scanpaths of variable length, then choose the comparison type and click compare. Note that some of the comparisons involve many iterations or generation of random scanpaths so may take some time.

These comparisons are included (with a whole bunch of other features) in my EMTools program.
